Modelo de variables endógenas y exógenas de competitividad organizacional

Resumen

La presente investigación muestra el desarrollo de un modelo multidimensional de variables endógenas y exógenas para comprender la influencia simultánea y secuencial de diversos factores en la capacidad de una organización para crear bienes y servicios orientados a satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas del mercado. Se propone la integración de un modelo que considera tanto variables endógenas como exógenas para la competitividad a nivel organizacional. La metodología incluye la formulación de una conceptualización a partir de diversos estados competitivos, explicados con variables definidas mediante funciones utilizadas en conceptos como productividad, eficiencia e integralidad en los elementos, utilizando una representación gráfica con nodos y enlaces. La aplicación del modelo presentado aportaría información relevante sobre los factores que afectan el nivel de competitividad organizacional.
