Modelo de variables endógenas y exógenas de competitividad organizacional
Abstract
The present research proposes the development of a multidimensional model of exogenous and endogenous variables to understand the simultaneous and sequential influence of diverse factors in the capability of any organization to create goods and services oriented to satisfy the needs and expectations in the market. With that end, it shows the integration of a model that considers both endogenous and exogenous variables to competitiveness at organizational level. The methodology includes the formulation of a conceptualization parting of diverse competitive states such as productivity, efficiency and integrality in the elements, using a graphic representation of nodes and links. The application of the presented model would contribute with relevant information in terms of the factors that affects the level of organizational competitiveness.
